DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION

A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. The balance is payable in full upon arrival.

 

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 10:30 am .Please return room keys to the front desk. Luggage may be left in the lobby if you arrive early or depart late in the day. Rooms are   air conditioned and heated and peaceful without the intrusion of TVs. Thank you for not smoking in the rooms or on the decks. We supply fresh beach towels daily. Sorry, no pets. Bicycles may be rented at the inn at Beach Rose Bicycles www.beachrosebicycles.com.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A refund minus a $40.00 processing fee per room will be given for cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date. A refund minus the $40.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date only if an alternate rental can be arranged. Refunds will not be given for missed travel connections. No Show reservations will be charged in full.

Children 12 years and older are welcome at an additional charge of $25 per night and adults for $50 per night.
