Confirmation 2021 Season
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
All reservations are paid in full at time of booking and confirmation is sent by email.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check-in is 3:00 pm. Guests are required to show a photo ID at registration. Check-out is 10:30 am. Please return room keys to the front desk. Luggage may be left in the lobby and there is a restroom with a shower if you arrive early or depart late.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, on the decks or within 50 feet of the buildings. We reserve the right to change room assignments within the same category.
Rooms are airconditioned and heated, TV and Wi-Fi, some have refrigerators. Continental breakfast, beach towels, ice machine, washer dryer, hairdryers and free parking. Sorry, no pets. Bicycles can be rented at the Rose Farm Inn at www.beachrosebicycles.com.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY DIRECT BOOKING RESERVATIONS:
Reservations booked direct on our website or by phone are refundable only if cancelled 21 days or more before the arrival date. Cancellations within 21 days are not refundable. A gift certificate valid for one (1) year will be given in place of a refund. All cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation fee per room. Refunds are not given for missed travel connections, late arrival or early departure. No Show reservations are charged in full.

DISCLAIMER – Reservations booked through our third -party sites must follow the deposit requirements as specified by the respective sites. Please review your booking information on the site for details of their refund policies. Those policies may be very different from our direct booking policies.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS MUST BE BOOKED BY PHONE (401-466-2034):
Some rooms will accommodate a third person. Children 12 years and older are welcome at an additional charge of $40 per night and adults at $70 per night. Rollaways are available.
